Mad March Fair - a great success!
The Towerbank Mad March Fair on Saturday made a profit of £1,125 for PSA funds, plus £182 from the Home Baking Stall which we have agreed to donate to Makiko Konishi's fundraising for survivors of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Makiko's beautiful Japanese stall also did very well at the Fair and they raised over £400 themselves.
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the volunteers who gave up their Saturday afternoon to run the stalls and games, to everyone who donated delicious home baking, tombola prizes, toys and second-hand uniform and of course, to everyone who turned up and spent their money so generously. We couldn't have done it without you all!
